Day 66

Breakfast:
Omelet and Bacon
Coffee with half n half

Lunch:
Pork Chop, Baked Sweet Potato, Green Beans, Applesauce

Supper:
Chicken Soup

Snacks:
2 Satsumas
Half an Apple
Handful of Cashews and Raisins

Exercise: Walked 1.3 miles
