Day 68

Breakfast:
2 Fried Eggs, 3 pieces Bacon, Avocado, orange juice
Coffee with cream

Lunch:
One Chicken drumstick, Half a baked Sweet Potato, Romanesco, Applesauce

Supper:
Vegetable Beef Soup

More Food:
Handful of Cashews and Raisins
2 Celery with cashew butter and raisins
Half an apple
