Day 53

Breakfast:
Omelet, Bacon, and Orange Juice

Lunch:
Rump Roast, Potatoes,
Green Beans, and Applesauce
The roast was done in the crock pot. I just can't make roast like my mom does.
 
 Supper:
Vegetable Beef Soup
 
Snacks:
Banana
Handful of cashews and cranberries
Glass of berry juice
